Fees and Bookings
You are able to book and prepay your appointments right here on our site by clicking any of the Booking Buttons. Our Fees and Booking information is provided as a transparent guide to our services and fees.
We endeavour to keep as many appointments open as possible, however, we do get very busy, therefore, it is a good idea to book your appointment well in advance, if you have a certain day and time in mind.
If you cannot find a time that suits you, please email, call or text, as often we do have last-minute bookings available due to cancellations or rescheduling.
We offer 4 different appointment modalities:
In person at our Clinic. Suite 4.06, 10 Century Circuit, Norwest.
Online from the comfort of your own home, bed, car or location of choice. We use Zoom.
Telehealth Bookings by phone.
Walk and Talk Therapy at Norwest Lake.
General Information About Bookings & Appointments
All counselling sessions are 60 minutes in duration, unless stated otherwise.
All Follow up counselling sessions are 60 minutes in duration, unless agreed otherwise.
Hypnotherapy and Subconscious Mind Healing Sessions are 90 minutes for initial sessions and 60 minutes for follow up sessions.
Please note all Online and Telehealth Session times are in AEST, (Australian Eastern Standard Time) unless otherwise agreed.
We allow a minimum 30-minute interval between scheduled appointments in case you experience technical difficulties, however, this has been quite rare as the links provided normally open easily and quickly. Unfortunately, due to many operating system variances, we cannot provide lessons on how to use online apps.

Clinical Hypnotherapy. Follow Up Session - 60 Minutes. $200.
Subconscious Mind Healing Initial. 90 Minutes. MP3 to your device of choice. Support materials. $250 per session.
Subconscious Mind Healing Follow Up. 60 Minutes. $250 per session.
Stop Smoking 3 Week Program. $700. Week 1 x 90 Minutes. Weeks 2 and 3 x 60 Minutes.
Relationship Counselling. 60 Minutes. $200 per session. Initial and Follow up. James Childs - Specialist Relationship Therapist.
Medical Fund Rebates may* apply depending on your Medical Fund and level of nominated covers/extras.

Do you take Mental Health Care Plans?
No, Unfortunately as Registered Counsellors and Clinical Hypnotherapists, we are unable to take mental health care plans. Our industry associations, the ACA and the ASCH are lobbying hard for Counsellors and Hypnotherapists to be included in the MBS. Until that occurs only Registered Psychologists can offer subsidised rates or partial refunds for Mental Health Care plans.
Often the out of pocket expenses from Mental Health Care Plans are quite similar to our therapy fees.
Report Writing, Document Preparation and Court Appearance Fees
Written reports or preparation of any Government Agency Documents, along with Court Appearances on behalf of our clients will be charged at our hourly rate of $170 per hour.
After Session Communication. Emails & Telephone Calls.
While we take every measure to ensure you have received all support materials during your session, please note that we are unable to provide session 'debriefing' Counselling Services via phone or email after or outside of your nominated session times.

Refusal of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person deemed to be aggressive, threatening or under the influence of drugs and alcohol which may impede our ability to carry out therapy.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person presenting as unwell, with a temperature or visible signs of flu, cough and cold or virus.
Please keep everyone safe by rescheduling your appointment if you are unwell.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in relation to the cancellation of your appointment. Failure to notify or no shows will result in the retention of the full fee.
All Saturday appointments are non refundable due to high demand.
Please remember our online booking portal allows you to make a personalised and secure account and reschedule your appointment at your convenience in accordance with the above policy.
